MLSM - CCMS will stop communication with 3rd Party Application
IS - Reports will not be available.
SDP - Reports will not be available.

1. Correct the host entry in both server.
2. Disable side scaling on CCMA NIC.
3. Change TTL value as 10.
4. Re-start RDC,SDP & IS.
5. Make sure agents are logged-in.

Try this steps
1. IIS Manager > RCW Properties > Directory > Select Integrated windows authentication.
2. Check on LM how many license are in use for RCW.
3. Reboot CCMS, CCMA Server.

Are you trying to login via CCT Ref-client, if yes check the AST parameter. It should be 00 01 vice versa. Check TN print whether that is acquired or not.
