We are an Avaya.....Purple shop, CS1k, Cisco UCM, and Now Lync is an option. Looking to see what other folks have done...building a business case for a CISCO package versus LYNC and from what I have found they really don't integrate all that well.
After futher investigation we have found that the Announcement service has reached maximun capacity. Where how do we remove them? Sorry about what may be really simple questions I'm a Nortel CP user trying to help a friend out on the Avaya.

Has anyone had an issue where all VM boxes on the system are full? Delete messages and within a few minutes they are all full. System has been rebooted. When you check there are no messages to delete?

Tman45, I had cleared history and cache from IE but there must have been something hidden so I ran ATF-cleaner and all seems to be well now.

I'm pretty sure that I know the answer but thought I would check with the guru's to confirm. Is it possible to forward a set without pushing the buttons. Example The user can't come to work and did not forward their phone (xfa by the way) I know bad choice but I have to deal with it...
