1. When MGC is registered, "admin" should work for PBX and MGC
2. Unregister PBX from security domain,do EDD and now you should able to login to PBX and MGC with admin1 and admin2 password which was on 11C database.
3. Join CS to security domain ( don't do EDD at the moment)
4. Login to MGC CLI...
1) disable all working four ports
2) make a test call and see 5th port go busy (to cjeck if call is comming to Call Pilot
3) Note down PBX configuration - TN, Key 0 and Key 1
4) Check the same configuration in CallPilot manager via Config Wizard. It looks like Key 1 is not configured correctly...

I did try reinstalling CallPilot desktop messaging (after deleting Registry)but it comesup with same result.
I am wondering, does it suppose to work with multiple profile?

PBX 1 : Nortel CS1000E Rls 5.0 CPPM call server
PBX 2 : Mitel
Both Pbx are connedted via Trunk type = IDA and SIGL = DPN.
All incomming PRI lines are on Nortel PBX.

Please check two things:
1) Have you install WIN2003 setting before\after installing TM3
2) are you using \admin in the end of URL
\\IP address\admin
or \\computername\admin
