The solution was found : we migrate to another server and we delete/create the CCMS server link on CCMA instead of edit only the properties to change the name/IP of CCMS. If we delete/create the data are no more "link" on CCMA.

- no agents, skillsets, applications in partitions, but partitions were imported but empty
- no RTD private reports
- no private historical report
- no schedule

Yes it must be possible to start an application when a call arrive on CCAD like in the NTP.
I test it in AACC6 (same config and feature as in CC7) but have no success.
