    Browse to the IP assigned to the phone & make sure you get the login page for that phone to see if something else on the network has grabbed that IP. Also, what happens if you try to call one of those phones while it is locked up?

    I get this sometimes when trying to ping across the vpn. There is a CISCO Catalyst 520, 500G & Firebox at the main site.

    Try dialing # from the ICM on that phone. It sounds like callback request was set. www.phonelinetech.com

    IPK PRI Static

    Customer was ugraded from Elite 192 to IPK 4600. We just put another CPU in it. Added a PRI from a.t.&t. 20 B-Channels on PRT U-20 in slot 1-7. Static is heard on the customers side as well as "clipping or choppines" I don't hear it on my end. We swapped the CLK card but I wonder if a D-Channel...
