In VG224, there is call hold/resume for shared lines function,which allows dual-line phone to hold a line and then make another call with the other line, also make a conference etc.,but the two lines share one DN. I want to know if there is same feature in VG248. anyone has some ideas?

thanks whykap. it's E1 problem. when show controller e1 ,there are lots of slip secs. I set the net work clock on E1 in the voicegateway. It 's done. many thanks

we use fax machine on VG248, but when receving fax from PSTN, some lines in the receving fax paper are distorted or blur and the problem is in all machine. the fax works well in our network. the config as blows: we use fax passthrough in voicegateway ,E1 pri. and h323 with CCM voice service...

I am new to Callmanager 6, how to change system default announcement to busy tone, such as when dialing wrong number, it will play "the number you dial doesn't exist.....", our client wants to change it to busy tone .it is said that upload .wav file to tftp to replace system announcement...
