Sadly I can't have him use the first one. I've seen that before but our systems engineer wouldn't let me set his password to not expire. Is there a way to set up on the server that ANYONE, really anyone, can print from it without a user name and password?

Our network in our office has several printers on it and one of our users has a mac on the domain. when ever he prints something it asks for a username and password. Is there a way to get it to stop doing that?
