If I got a VPN router could I connect to this using 3g and the VPN router would be able to change my ip to a external ip rather than a mobile ip- xeronex

Hi, i Have setup a Windows xp VPN i can connect to it using my iphone 3g but i cannot surf web pages using the vpn what i would really like to do is give my iphone a normal ip rather than a mobile ip. any ideas? Thx in advance- xeronex
