We are trying to program in Line Appearances on an IP Office 403, software 2.5.4 and 6408D+ phones.
It will take Call Appearance programming but not Line Appearance.
Any ideas?

I have a customer with IP Office 500, R6, and recently the incoming call id has stopped working. We had the customer reboot the control unit and it worked fine for about 3 calls and stopped working. Provider has confirmed that caller ID is being provided?

Does anyone know the Eaton equivalent for an Avaya UPS Controller # 407553783? I know the Avaya one is a 3000VA 120V unit, but can't find enough information on Eaton's website to determine which one will work.
We figured out the IP office and the monitor were'nt seeing each other. Did a stop and restart on both and the database file and it came back up. Thanks for the assist. "tlpeter".
Can anyone advise what I should be looking at to get my IP office Voicemail Pro up again. Phones are working, but no voicemail. We've rebooted the system but still nothiing.

Does anyone have the software, or the link, to add Unified Messaging to my customer's Partner ACS system. Do I need to upgrade them to Rel7 to do this?
Looking for a freeware download that is a 4410 terminal or 715 terminal emulator so I can get into my customer's Definity. Not really having much look sifting through stuff.
