The only way I am aware of was the Class of Restriction allowing external numbers, and on the old Interalia RAD units, the incoming caller would dial '9' whilst in the queue and break out, this was usually stopped by setting COS Public trunk to Public Trunk as 'No', and setting an Internal only...- ticmick

Hello, I am having an ongoing issue getting a Customers Polycom VX3000? to work via a BRi Card on a Rack, this connects to the SX2000 BRi card, and talks to the SX2000 via DPNSS... Anyway, calls go out ok, ring the other end, but negotiation and call setup doesn't happen, it could be the VC...- ticmick
