Found it! Thanks for the assist, I added a bit of detail here:
Cisco Unity Connection Administration -> Users -> Users -> (choose user) -> Edit -> Playback Message Settings
Good you give me a little more detail where the user profile is? I am using CM 6.1.3.1000-16. I have found info on 4.x and 5.x but not 6.x.

I am new to CM and it is a bit daunting, but I've found some great info here so thanks in advance!
Where can I change the playback order of voice mails? Right now they play the newest first, we'd like to have to oldest played first. Can this be done globally or individually?
