Hi,
a bit strange here.
You habe got a MX-ONE Telephony Switch, TSW, (aka MD110 BC13)
To install this in a hotel you will need:
- License for hospitality
- Middleware to connect to the Fidelio Front Office System
(The only one officially certified by Aastra is the one from Diavox)
- Correct...
LSU-E and MGU (option at migration) can be used in one system and in a multi GW scenario but it is not possible to mix, i.e. LSU-E must be connected to one server and the MGU must be connected to another server.
All Media Gateways within a hand-over area must be fully synchronized using digital...
What version of MD110 do you have?
If you have a licensed system (BC10 or later), you will have to purchase new licenses while move of licenses between countries is not allowed.
Hi Telelion,
While MX-ONE version 4.0 is just released, and only commercially available in a limited number of markets, I assume that you are part of the Field Trial Project organisation.
How come you post questions like these in this forum.
Why don't you simply ask the Aastra engineers what to do?
How did you manage to buy Caller Id for an old BC11 system?
BC11 was closed for add-on sales 3 yars ago.
The license FAL 104 6191 was introduced in MX-ONE TSW and does not work in BC11.
This looks like a clear case of fraud, that someone is illegaly selling RTU licenses.
Where did you buy this...
Please make sure that:
1. You follow the instructions from Diavox (www.diavox.com)
2. If it's a hotel application, make sure it is an MD110 HA.
A good advice is to upgrade the system to TSW (BC10 is very old)
The SS7 support in MD110/TSW/MX-ONE is still simplified TUP according to Chinese requirements and requires TLU76/14 and SS7 license.
The functionality (license + HW) is only sold in the Chinese market.
