Yes I did add code in both fields I just restarted the service and need to wiat for the user to get into the office. Thanks for all the help. I hope that this works
How do I reset the voice mail code for a user. I went into the user record and clicked on the voice mail tap and entered a new code. I then saved the record and saved the changes. The new code will not work. Am I doing it the wrong way?
Hi,
I am installing a new IP office with 5 IP phones at 2 other sites. When I agreed to the system I was told that the IP phones will work fine. I have pinged computers at each site and I am getting about 120ms response from them, will the phones work ok?
Any comments would be great.
Yes the jacks are active and I know what extensions are in each room One has 3253 and the other has 3255. I am looking to switch these two extensions. Thanks for your help.
Is there a way to remotely switch phones from one office to another. On my Avaya systems I can change the port remotely and move extensions. What I have been doing is going to the site and moving the cross connect.
Just had a new IP Office installed and I need to call forward all calls to a different external number. If I use *01 where do I put the number at? Do I have to put in a 9 with the number.
