How do I default an asbce on the cad-2030? One of our techs started to set it up and I now need to default it. book says use button on the back but does not mention what the process is.
Is there a way to change the default language on an app server? one of our techs forgot to select us English when he initialized an app server now all default greetings have a English accent. the end user is complaining about it. The app server is running 11.1.
says Unknown error, right after setting up keyboard root password and nic. has option to report bug or quit. no matter what option I select the system reboots.
I am trying to install 11.1 app server on a dell server and it crashes with a unknown error. this is the same server we have been using for 11.0. I can load 11.0 on it with no errors.

You need to edit the *17 short code. take the U out of the tel number. you can also acess the vm by adding HXXX (where XXX = the name of the group) name to the user source number. then the users message lite will lite up when the group has a vm and they can check using visual voice.
We have 3 telephony only eq clients that randomly get a warrning when placing a call that they cannot dial 911. I can't find how to turn it off. Or how it got put on these 3 clients.
I tried to uninstall from the web management. get an error that 1-x is needed by several applications. then the uninstall stops. I also tried after stopping all applications.

I have a customer who does not want several users to have VM, I have VM disabled for them but some people are transferring calls to the mailbox using direct vm transfer option on the 9508 phone. Anyone know how to disable this feature?
