    Hi Dennis, I encountered a similar error on a later version. I had to delete LANG and LC_ALL environment variables for syconfig to work properly. You might want to give it a try as well. Cheers, Tom

    Hi Greg, Under the current releases of isql there is the parameter- b Parameters -b disables the display of the table headers output. Or you could isql -Uid -Ppwd -Sserver -iIn_file | tail +n to strip the column headers and dashed lines. HTH Tom

    Hi Partha, If you are running ASE 12 You should be able to find isql in %SYBASE%\ASE-12_0\bin\isql OR you can set up the Java ISQL utility %SYBASE\jutils-2_0\jisql I think there is a userguide in this directory to help you set it up. Cheers, Tom
