I have actually find the solution :) The problem was in command "ip local pool mynet 192.168.20.206-192.168.20.224 mask 225.225.225.0" because VPN connected users shouldn't use internal IP addresses but addresses from other range.

can anybody please help me solve my ASA 5505 problem? This is only lab setup so my inside network is 192.168.20.0/24 and my outside network is 192.168.30.0/24. I don't know what to try anymore to make inside users can access outside users (192.168.20.0/24 to access 192.168.30.0/24), so...
