Is there a way to get a report on how many callers hit 0 to go to the operator? I have one site that says they are getting a lot of calls from another site because the callers are pushing 0...But I check the caller input at each site (for all users and call handlers)and everything seems to be...
My Ip phones will no longer connect to the shoretel server.
under the Site in Shoreware Director it says
IP Phone(s) Out of Service
under each phone it says
Out of Service (Operational)
I can ping all the phones so i know they are on the network.
