I should have mentioned that I already checked that. When I started troubleshooting I found that FEDC was set to ORG so changed it to ETH. NEDC was already ETH. It had no impact on the problem. Thanks!
Has anybody seen an issue with a "vanilla" T1 when doing trunk to trunk transfers? We have calls coming in on one channel and going out another channel on the same span. Calls complete successfully but even though supervision is turned on, both channels stay tacked up and do not get torn down...
