We have had issues with S8300c blades. After RMA'ing around 5 of them we found out that there is a patch that will fix this issue. I don't remeber the patch number. Your support provider(Avaya, NACR,etc...) should have this.
We have been told by Avaya not to do the reset system 4 to register the LSP's any more. Below is the info we got from Avaya.
