Anyone running it? Anyone running it on a server edition with an expansion ip500 and able to post a pic of how the licence/subscription area on the expansion looks?

Got to upgrade 3 IP500v2’s from 11.0.0.2 build 23 to 11.1 SP1.
I know on server edition we have to go to 11.0.4 before the 11.1, but do the IP500s also need stepping or can I just go straight to 11.1. Not read anything that says I do have to step, but also not read anything that says I don’t...
Asking in here because I dont have the first idea where to start with a Cisco, but basically hoping someone who does IPO also does Cisco and can advise if there is a setting on the Cisco like the Public IP entry on the Network Topology tab on the IPO?
Im not even sure exactly what Cisco it is...
I do know what you mean, we have a customer on Powered By with Scansource that is going to get turned off at some point and they have 85000 recordings in Media Manager and you can only download 50 at a time and have them searchable!

Not sure if this will help but its something I wrote when first working on J Series phones.
his guide will cover the basic configuration of J Series phones onto an IP500 or SE onsite system.

I have assumed...
We have a system that is on IPO Powered By with Scansource running R11.0. We are looking to just licence this system with normal SE licencing, but I have added a PLDS file that has an SE licence, IP endpoints and SIP channels on it but it just says all licences are obsolete and the system isnt...
Yesterday was the one year anniversary of our first non avaya phone system going live (this was an 8x8 system). We are not a huge company (less than 30 people) and over the past year have installed zero avayas, performed only about half a dozen upgrades and gone live with more than 40 8x8...
Not me doing the actual work, but its already been replaced with another IP500. Main issue we have now is we are minimising maintenance stock for onsite kit as lots of customers were moved to hosted/containerized and we now do not even sell Avaya, but have to keep some bits available.

Got an old customer who refuses to upgrade, but of course management still offer them support and maintenance on their V1 chassis.
It has died, we have a replacement so that is not an issue, but we dont have a spare licence card and want to get the chassis to the correct software level before...
