I get the greeting, then a voice recorded message "Using the dial pad, please enter the extension ..." but it doesn't go into voicemail at all. Suggestions?

I was wondering about my Greeting Table setup for Non-Business. I would like it during Non-Business that if a caller calls in he would have the greeting and then go directly to the General Delivery Mailbox. So I should make sure there is no CCR tree assigned, but is there anything else required?

Thanks Deweyhumbolt. I'm not technically strong at all with Callpilot nor the Norstar phones. I guess currently it appears to have been set up to have it ring on all incoming lines? How can one go to check what it's set as and where and how can I change it like you're suggesting?

I have a callpilot and when an outside caller calls in it rings at the operator phone ( ext 11 ). It rings twice then AA picks up and then it goes to a CCR. I have it set like this so I can get CLID. But is there a way to silent the ring or have it light up on the phone instead? Also I'm...
