    I have a VMpro that will not take messages it will answer and give the greeting but does not record the message at the end of the recording if you hit # it says no message recorded

    Yes but I tested that and when the message forwards to email and you listen to the wave file it still does it.

    Getting voicemail messages that just end, some stay that way others can be replayed the the complete message is there this is on embedded Voicemail on a 3300 MXEIII release 4.2

    The customer is using Nupoint but its the same intergration I will give it a shot so far rebooting the phone clears the problem and it only seems to happen once to each phone.

    I have 5330 and 5340 phones that when you place a call and the other ext answers the person placing the call is put on hold
