    I have installed Callpilot Reporter on a Stand alone web server. I watched it install on the server. When I put in the http address of the server followed by the cpmgr/cprpt. I have a box that pops up and requires a user name and password. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate it. BTW...

    Thank you for the response. I can get it to work on the TM machine without any problems. It is when I try and access it from any other machine that it gives me the credentials issue.

    Thanks for the response... Ip Address of the Callpilot-192.168.XX.XX VPIM-803329 LDAP-callpilot.XX.rock-hill.sc.us LDAP Search Base-dc=nortel,dc=ca These are the settings in my configuration. Still same issue. The funny thing is I can do it on an OTM/TM machine but cant do it on any other machine.
