Ring multiple phones simultaneously?
It might also be worth looking at Suite Services if you need this before your upgrade (I think this is available in rel 6). This is meant for use in Hotels where multiple phones are linked to a single number in the same room. You may be able to get it to do what you need.- FlanFlinger

I am guessing you using the embedded VM? NuPoint can do this very easily. The Call Director feature can be used to setup very specific scheduling of how incoming calls are handled. I know this may be a cost option for you if you are using embedded VM but I believe Mitel are doing specials to...- FlanFlinger

Ring multiple phones simultaneously?
You can do this with Ring Groups (Under Call Handling) but you will need to be on Rel 8.0 or higher of the 3300 software- FlanFlinger
