SX-200ICP BLF Question
Hi, Sorry I've been out of the office. kwbMitel is correct, the phone's are answering a multicall line which is not their prime line, and I want the BLF to light up when they answer it (if at all possible). Hi all, I'm running a SX-200ICP with 5224 IP phones (currently 12 total). I have a multiline key set up on all the phones so they can all answer a call to our main line, but when someone answers a call on the multiline key, their busy lamp doesn't light up on other people's handsets.
