The When column, states 19. I'm assuming this means it just updated but the time was already an hour and some change behind.
I ended up changing the Time server to a different one, I'll let everyone know if that fixed the issue.
Thanks for everyones help!!
I have an S8300 with 5.2, that is experiencing issues with the Time server.
I have used our NTP server and used the local host server on-site. Which gets its time from the NTP server.
I will change the time manually within the web interface, one week later it will be at the very least 1 whole...
As of right now I am using a time-of-day coverage to point to different coverage paths. After 1700 the the call will go to a coverage path that goes to voice mail. Before 1700 the call does not go to any coverage path. I will try and specify different mailboxes in auto-attendant.
Thanks for...
I have a question regarding voicemail on a line that already has AutoAtt.
I have an DID that is not assigned to a port but bridged on 10 different phones. The coverage path goes directly to AutoAtt after 1700. My customer asked to have a voicemail during business hours directing callers to an...
I will rebuild the voicemail box and restart the server during non-business hours tonight.
Thanks to all who helped out so quickly! I will post tonight if it works or not.
All the other extensions that have the cover path are working properly. They all cover to voicemail. "Station A" is the only one that is having this problem. The difference that I see is that station A is disconnected... but it still should hit voicemail.
Even when I take all bridged...

I didn't know I had to cup them as well... Anything else you would like me to do Westi??
I apologize to anyone whose feelings were hurt by the lack of thankfulness in this thread. I appreciate all your hard work.
I know I should be able to find this on the forums but I've been looking for about 30 minutes now and can't find it. does anyone know the code you dial to identify what the extension is at the station.
Call-appr is typed and nothing populates to the right such as Auto-A/D or Rg.
Does anyone know why this would happen? I can't seem to find a difference between this station and a station connected to another G700.
