    VTL Tapes Question

    I have not worked with VTLs before. We cloned some data from VTLs to physical tapes. Now we need to test the data from this cloned physical tapes. How do I make VTL tapes unavailable to make sure that the data does not get restored from VTL. Thanks in advance

    Use mminfo to determine job status.

    Thanks for your reply denisfr. /nsr/tmp/sg/group/sso.server.000004 file is empty (size 0). I did run mminfo and that is how I found out that it fails at around 10Gb for past couple of weeks. It does not give me any more info as to at what point (any particular file/directory) the backup fails etc..
