Well. I figured it out. My twinned cellphone was set up in the system with a prefix of 8 to show the caller ID. I changed it to 9 and now it works. I can answer on my Desktop phone. Thanks for all the help guys.

Thanks cknipe. It seems like it transfers the call to the cellphone too fast. by the time i pick up my handset the call is already on the cellphone. I can tell my boss to turn off mobility when he's in his office, but he'll probably tell me it's too much of a hassle to turn it ON and OFF. I...

How do I increase the amount of time or the number of rings my extension rings before the call goes to my cell phone?

We have a 3300 ICP and have 5330 and 5340 IP phones. We have this button(let's call it Gate)on the phones that we want to assign a specific ring tone to, different from the default ringtone. Is this possible, and how do we do it?
