tried fresh installation on client machine - hasnt helped.
using version 10.0 2008 (act premium)
attachments on 'history' tab
correct icon shows
trying to open by double clicking icon - works interrmitently.
a number of users in our offices are experiencing intermittent issues viewing word 2000/2003 attachments on records in ACT - this is occuring on client machines as well as on the server and terminal server versions.... any ideas what could be causing this.
