No local backups.
I tried google's safe browsing tool and all was fine.
I don't get anymore errors now either.
One thing i would like to pass on though, there is a vulnerability in wordpress, which is what i am using.

I have seen "hidden" in source code before, but i can't find it now. I think it could have been before the slow MYSQL warning.
I have looked through all the source code, but i am most likely missing something.
Here is what i have found.
When i visit the site with "NoScript" allowed globally, i...
I have a small web site that seems to be loading extremely slow at times.
I had some concerns that it may be compromised, then i got an email adding to those suspicions.
Here is part of it:
"The site looked good. The only problem I had was that after looking at a few pages my Norton security...
I recently re-installed Ubuntu 8.04.1 LTS desktop inside of windows as i have before, but this time something changed.
After installing from disk, the system re-booted, but did not go through all the final steps as before to finalize the installation, bringing me to the Ubuntu desktop...
Thank you BadBigBen.
I installed the modem and installation software myself a few months ago due to the fact that this computer only had a high speed connection. I can only get dial-up where i am at.
The modem is detected. It is what i am using right now.
Or did you mean is it detected by...
Here is an example of what i have encountered so far. Being a complete newb to Ubuntu, i have no clue as what to do with the commands or errors i receive.
I will outline my progress (or lack of) in each attempt until i have gone through the 4 methods i am aware of to get a dial up connection...
Here is the link to where i got my instructions.
Everything i tried presented an error, or was unavailable, without a solution around it.

I have installed Ubuntu 8.10 desktop edition, and i cannot get a dial-up connection to work.
I have tried the following:
1)networking option
2) gnome ppp
3)wvdialconf & wvdial
4)pppconfig & pon/poff
I also have Kubuntu 8.10, but i have not tried it.
I have it installed inside of windows, not...
Dell Optiplex GX260.
I tried to install a second hard drive, but it does not read off it.
It detects the second drive, and it shows the folders, but when i open them, it either reads off the C drive, or nothing at all when there should be, or it shows a spybot search & destroy dialog box...
I dont get broadband where i live, so downloading to my computer is not happening.
Is it possible to download Xubuntu onto a CD?
If so, i can have a friend download it from that link to a CD for me.
I finally got my Ubuntu CD in the mail today.
I would like to install it on to the second hard drive that the fine users of this community help me install a while back.
It appears i can not run the live CD, as that requires 384 MB of RAM. I only have 256.
Will it still have dual boot capability...
Ok, now i'm confused. :-)
The C: drive remains as is. The G: drive goes to D:
The recovery partition is already D:, the CD is E:,the CD/RW is F: and the current G: drive's recovery is H:. :-)
Do i just alphabetically prioritize them?
Does this change how things work, or is it just an...
Thank you vacunita, edfair, and wahnula.
All very helpful and informative information.
Edfair, what does relocating the drive to D: involve? Can you elaborate on this a bit as to how it operates?
Thank you vacunita.
Understood.
Because i started this thread for the physical installation of the hard drive, i will refrain from going any further into the usage of it in this thread.
You and edfair have been extremely helpful and i thank you both.
One last thing. Is this the correct forum for...
Ok, so drive 'C' still has priority on deciding how something is executed. Thats understandable.
I guess what i mean is, my 'all programs' list in my start menu for instance contains only things that are on drive 'C', which makes sense, but i cannot access the list of programs on drive 'H'...
