Hi All,
Heres a weird problem that you may know the answer too....
We've got IPECS MFIM-50 with 3 analog lines going into it, its got 8 extensions setup so far. Over the past couple of days, we have an odd problem occurring.
Incoming calls - the phone will ring, we pick the handset up, and...
Heres another spanner in the works question...
Can you do what we've done already (activate the Call Forward Third Party Mulitcall to External number option) with the Call Forward After X number of Rings as well?

Ok, I think understand, lets say the extension I've got (with my DDI coming into the system is 1234. I want to forward to 5678 (for arguments sake, an external line), so I'll set a speedcall up...
**67123495678
Any pauses required in there anywhere?
Ok, I understand that that will bring the DDI (currently not the prime line of any of the handsets on the setup) to that particular handset, but then I need it to go somewhere else after that, so its forwarding twice...
from DDI -> handset -> out to an external number
so, your instructions...
Hi Mitel Experts,
Heres one for you all...
We've currently got one DDI number, acting as a multi-call on seven handsets, all with extensions only (ie, no direct DDI access). When the DDI is dialed, all the handsets ring as we've put multi-call buttons for that number to appear on the 5212...
Yeh, lets say you've got extension 2000, and you want to put the number 01234 567890 as its outgoing CLI, but your DDI range is only 01234 567800-900, BT apparently can mask the outgoing number with the number you want, but heres the killer point, if extension 2000 doesn't have a DDI associated...
I've looked into this as well, apparently, to get a extension to show an outgoing CLI from a different range from your ISDN (perhaps an 0845, 0844, etc), you need to do get the telephone provider (BT in the UK) to mask it when it makes it an outgoing call.

Answer 1A is what I thought might be the way of doing it.
Answer 2B sounds interesting - where abouts in the Mitel 3300 config would I find the options to set that up for certain extensions?
Hi,
Heres one for all you experts out there...
1) If we have a number of phones connected to a 3330 running v8 of the OS, is there a way of a group of them accessing a certain set of speed dials/address book entries and another group access a different set of speed dials/address book entries...
