I'm sorry but what is diverse routing? How can the GPRS carrier help us? We are only using them as a route to the internet and it's not there IP we are connecting to.

I can't see how that would work, having a failover ASDL won't help with incoming traffic only the outgoing. If the ADSL line goes down it will take the IP adress with it.
