Yes it was a bad drive...used the cntrl c and was able to bring the system up. Thanks for the help.- tntmart

Power failure over the weekend. When systen tries to reboot it gets to "SCSIDisk Drive diagnostic.....................[4D] Started *4D/1* *** Got Check condition while doing the check condition cmd the request 2000d to target I.D 1 SCSI Disk drive diagnostic.....................{4D] Failed"...- tntmart
