Hi guys
I finish all the tests and for my surprise, now I can't even make connection with VPN server (error 800). Resuming this is worst then ever.
=(
If someone can help me with this VPN configuration I appreciate.
Thanks in advance.
p.s. I follow all the considerations explained in the...
Sorry guys,
I have a big problem with my adsl connection the last 6 days.
For that reason I could not test anything.
Now I'm gonna try again.
Talk to you latter
Cheers
Hi DougP
you can ping the router that hides the vpn server? And can´t ping the server?
Is that what happens to you?
Maybe someone can help us solve this problem. I don't know what to do.
=(
Hi guys I posted a thread a few days ago, but with no success, maybe because my english is not good. Let me try again.
I have a network (192.168.0.x/255.255.255)with windows xp pro on all the workstations. This network is behind a router Speed Touch 510i (192.168.0.254), who gives access to...
Hi
the first network is 192.168.0.x/255.255.255.0
the second network was 192.168.0.x/255.255.255.0 and now I change to 10.0.0.x/255.0.0.0 but with no success, that means that the router give to me the ip 192.168.0.250/255.255.255.255 and can ping the router but not the workstations behind him.
Hi,
I config a VPN server (behind a Speed Touch 510i router) in a network 192.168.0.x, and a VPN client on another network, all the machines have windows xp pro. I can establish the connection between the client and the server and I can ping the router from the client, but I can't ping the...
Ok ppl I have the solution!
It seems that some sounds are controlled by a program that I dont identify, but here is a solution:
First:
Start/Run/Regedit
Second:
Navigate to this key: HKEY_USERS. If it doesn't have a Data entry in the right pane that reads: (value not set), delete it. Do the...
The sounds are all enable in the "Sounds" portion of Control Panel.
Like brownie124 I also test it and all is fine.
I dont have the some problem of brownie124 with Office sounds.
Hi micker377
I just check the .wav files. For my surprise all Windows events sounds are inactive (they all .wav files).
I can hear sounds fo microsoft office 2003 events (also .wav) and for others applications.
Seems to be only the .wav files associated with windows XP Pro events.
Hi
I check in "File Associations" like you purpose micker377, everything it's alright.
What I can't hear are a few sounds associated with Windows events, like start, shutdown, messenger alerts,....
The sounds associated with other programs are fine.
I think we have here a nice problem to solve.
Hi kjv1611
Only some sounds! For what i see until now, the start and end sound for XP, the new email notification and the messenger sounds.
Nothing especial, but the question is WHY? Dont you think that is interesting?
Cheers
Hi
Forget my English, I hope I can explain my problem. Here we go:
I have a PC with WXP SP1 Pro, with all possible updates, norton antivirus also updated and no problems with sound. One day a few sounds are lost, examples: Start and end windows sounds, messenger sounds.
But if we go to control...
Here I'm again to thank all of you.
The problem is solved.
For the record: I follow the instructions of Freestone.
The router is working fine, the subnet also.
Merry Christmas to all of you and a Happy New Year friends.
