- on version 4.0 regarding fax messaging - can faxes be sent to more than 1 mailbox?
- on version 4.0 can you have music on hold sent to multiple sources as in play diff types of music on each ext?
I need some clarification on the HMS400 R2.0 product. The SIP integration – I know dedicated Signaling server is required. Can SIP co-reside with TPS? Or can it not share the Signaling server used for NRS?

What is the maximum number of configured skillsets available on a CallPilot 150 3.0 Enhanced CC? Once you have reached that maximum, what is the next option if they need more skill sets?

I have a m7310 with 3 incoming lines. Line 3 gets "activated" when I pick up the handset and make an outbound call. The overall order of lines is 3-2-1. Do I need to reconfigure the phone to reverse the line order or does that need to be done through the phone company?
Can you manipulate pulling data during a certain time period in the Call center reporting app? example - "i want to pull call stats m-f between 830 and 530 weekly." At the moment it is pulling data along a 24hour period. Can I or How can I change the time format? Is it possible
