We have had a couple of users in the last few weeks stating that when they take somebody off hold on SFB the caller can hear both the operative and the music on hold- any ideas/solutions? TIA
thank you for your help - I did the report the first way- whilst a bit convoluted it worked, I don't have the relevant access for the other way unfortunatly

Ok,. so the guy who use to get the best reports for me has left the business. I need to run an Avaya report showing phnes still registered to the cs1k as we are moving to skype. Anyone able to advise using the cs1k web portal rather than on the actual server ?TIA
