I got it to go back to regular screen by hitting CTRL ALT F6 ,but now I lost the keyboard mapping for that. I will have to reload that file from disk. Thanks for the help.

I tried connecting with the IP and lcwin comes back with "initializing communications failed". I also cant connect to that IP through procomm either. Dont have a modem or a lap top to try to dial in.I'll have to bring that from home to give it a try. Is there somewhere I can find to make sure...

ACD external server some how the terminal just reads a bunch of garage on it! I try to F10 out of it just keeps giving me junk no matter what keys I hit(looks like wrong baud rate)! Can I just that PC shut it down without shutting unix down!Or is there another way to get out or cancel what it is...

So i found the IP address and tried to ping it times out now! Checked the network and found no problems even tested cable and everything is good till i plug it in then cant ping it still!

What does the rest button do on this card! I have my external ACD FLEX server connected to it! Does this shut down UNIX if its pushed or just the card is rest! Is this something you should do during the day if ya have a problem with the acd server? Thaks

We have another switch setup the same way but the other end is an IP Office 406 and that works with no problems! IP 500 is setup the same way as the 406 ! G.711 codec in NY
