Click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click Word Options. Click Save. Under Save documents, next to Save files in this format, select Word 2003-97 Document (*.doc).- Paulus631

Question re Open Office and MS Outlook
I have loaded Open Office onto my Vista 64 bit machine and it works fine, it does not read the new office 2007 files though. Outlook will work fine as a stand alone. There is also windows mail which aint bad on all Vista machines, was outlook express, but now comes with a calender and more...- Paulus631
