FITD Flexible Incoming Tones Denied - What else does this affect?

User states when she is on her ACD Line, both of her lines ring. At one time she only recv'd a single beep in her headset. The Dept was moved to a different area in the hosp 6 months ago. I did not move the dept, so I don't have the particulars on it, just inherited the problem.

Is there a way to set up an ACD phone that would allow the phone, while in use, to only beep once with a incoming call, instead of it continuously beeping until you either hang up or put the current call on hold and answer the ringing line. Here's the programming on one of the phones. Thanks...
