    We have an issue where when you press 0 from an auto attendant, instead of tranferring it is disconnecting the caller. All setting appear to be correct, any ideas? Thanks!

    bigindian65 - yes we have a sig server GHTROUT - I have call into my tech as well as that's the PWD2 level access he gave me. I've always been able to adjust the time with those credentials up until today.

    Put on caps and still nothing. I am entering it right - STAD 09 03 2009 08 30 00 Went up to switch to enter to see if it makes a difference and as soon as i input STAD 09 - i get TFC200 error.
