I'm running VMware 5.5 with a WIndows 2008 R2 guest host. After I shutdown my Windows 2008 R2 server and change the memory from 8G to 12G it won't restart. The VM has 350G of space of which I added 20G after this happened but it didn't fix it. If I change the memory value back to 8G it starts...
