My phone system right now is 3 digit extension then I reset the password of the Star Flash and i didn't know why is it 102XXXX is not working and 12XXXX is working BUT not allowed

I have a CICS v4.1 and i'm installing a used Star Talk v1.9..
I want to re-initialize the Star Talk using F903 or F983 then CONFIG so I can reset the database
I tried F983 then log 120000 it gave me "not allow" response...
F903 Inactive Features..
My laptop is connected on my Star Talk...

Yesterday when I went to our other side the only thing that I did to remove that is to hit CLEAR :)
Maybe someone tried to put computer on the telephone jack.. I mention to them that if that display happen again just phone me...
By the way we don't have MOH.. the alarm system...

1. 100% IRAD is turn-Off
2. never had a chance to ask her if it's happening on all lines.. i'll ask...
3. It's happening inside CICS right now.. never had a chance to test it on the demarc

My only concern right now is my 1st problem about she answered the phone then she's hearing a fax tone then hangup then it will ring right away again.. then pickup...

According to our receptionist she's answering the incoming calls then it's look like fax tone then after she hangup then it will ring right away then that's the time she can hear the person on the other line..

We managed to play with our System Answer and it hang-up the phone but the problem is it will play the Greeting Twice before it hangup the phone...
weird but it hangup.. we cannot find the loop that plays the greeting again....

We want to use System Answer...
We want System Answer to Answer incoming call after office hours then play a greeting then hangup...
We don't have Callpilot or Flash..

on Sked:Night on Line 1 2 3 & 4 this service is using group 01 so i just need to assign the the extension # of our custodian...

21:assigned
22:unassign
where can I create a group?
maybe 01 02 03 are the Group but where exactly can I adjust line 1 2 3 & 4 should ring after we enabled the Night Service?

we have a custodian and once we enable the Night Service he wants his phone to ring but in the morning it should be appear only...
Where is the setting that I need to adjust to make this thing happen?
