    i had the same problem..when moving mailboxes from 2003 to 2007 on a cluster setup moving exchange from one cluster to the other fixed the problem....

    Exchange 2007 Server on server 2003 ent Clustered Outlook 2003 and 2007 hangs for ever on splash screen if i then end the outlook process and re load outlook in safe mode everthing works ok anyidea thanks in advance
