    HP 1100 Printer

    Our Citrix users use the HP LaserJet 1100 printer all of the time, the fix is to set the printer up using the HP LaserJet 4L driver. Good Luck

    I found that if you go to the Help topics within ARCserve, and search the index for "All Error Messages", that a complete listing of the messages is there. I hope that this helps. Wendy
