Sadly i've tried this as well and it's still clearing the lamp down, or the message through the loc fe e command.- dbarden

Hello there, what console are you refering too? We currently don't have any switchboard style phones on our 3300, or are you refering to a command within the System Administration tool?- dbarden

Hello there, I've read quite a few posts on this forum regarding the issue where the "bigger" IP phones such as the 5212, 5215 5220 etc etc have the issue where the message waiting lamp is flashing away, and using the "loc fe e xxxx" command shows "Message waiting Lamp on" "Callback messages ...- dbarden
