    Thanks again for promptness... The issue occurs on the screen as well as the printout, and also occurs using 2 completely different printers.. It is within a terminal server environment, and affects at least 2 different users at 2 different locations. Very stumped! Thanks again Neil

    Thanks for the prompt reply Macropod. I have implemented this fix, however the issue appears to occur even though the user is in Print Layout view, specifically when they press print. Hope you can help further Thanks in advance Neil
