    Hi, I am on Windows 2000 SP3 and using MS Outlook. It doesn't pop up in the background at all. I do get a dialog asking me which profile I want, then I get the email screen and once I put in the destination address and hit send it disappears and then the email goes to the outbox where it sits.

    Whatever the reason the one user couldn't get in, I did check and found out we were ALL on Temporary licenses, so we fixed that. All the users will start transitioning over to permanent licenses from what I understand. Again thanks to all for responding...
