860DP now has "Exit Preheat Sensor paper jam" I can't find the paper
One thing you could try is to get some card stock and push it into the preheater. This may dislodge any paper scraps and fix the message. Xerox Phaser 850 ink
It will not work. The blocks for one are a different shape and they are made of different chemicals. It is not advised to shave the ink to make it fit either. The printers are designed for specific ink blocks and using ink blocks from another machine can clog the print head and cause other print...- ka24e
