I just began the down load process with no problems. I know that I had issues down loading the 9i Database, but found that if I began the down load after 7:00 EST, things worked fine.

Neither machine has SUDO installed. And on the machine that I can issue swlist, I can also view the ACL's via swacl with no problem. I already checked to see if the ID I am using has any special permissions, and it does not. %-(
I have two HP 11 machines. On one I can run swlist as a non privilaged user, on the other I can not. I have review the ACL's and they are the same. (Both have not been modified since initial install) Any ideas as to why would be appreciated.
