I have a customer on a PRI 23 channels. All 4 reception phones have 6 SWCA keys programmed as call 1 thru Call 6. One of the call buttons gets stuck and lit up. Comes up as "call 2 in use" The only way to get rid of it is to reboot the system.
Anyone happen to have seen this before?

I find it strange that a normal digital set can call the target phone and the call gets sent out and answered by a cell and carry on a normal conversation. But when the door phone calls the target the call gets disconnected as soon as it is answered.

I have a BCM 450 6.0 with latest SU-15 running 4 door phones. The door phones target a digital set on a security desk which works fine.
The digital set uses find-me-follow me to a cell phone set to "Always" This also works good!

I installed a new DMC 320 with a couple of repeater 49 units. I have downloaded the latest version of the service tool from a brand new BCM 450 6.0 with the latest SU. My issue is that the service tool does not list "Repeater 49" only goes up to 45.
Anyone run into this?

I have a BCM 50 6.0 with a PRI. Sets are programmed to use company name 1 and 2, and also have the PUB-OLI programmed. The only way I can get the name to send is if I check the "send name display" box in telephony resources.

using mostly T7208 sets, system is programmed for "use set volume" The volume is excellent when it is set to "system volume" but will not go as high when we set it to "set volume.
I have a customer who started with a 400 running 3.7 and now upgraded to 4.0. They have a P.C on their network connected to yaho music for which they purchased a license.
The customer set it up and it works great.
I can not get the "NEW CALL" feature (807) to work with the polycom soundstation2 digital conference unit.
The feature works well with all my other digital sets. 7100,7208's etc. It does not accept Feat*807 or feat.807 when attempting the 3rd outside party.

Sure, it is programmed as AUX Ringer in set programming capabilities for that particular set and terminates on the front of the BCM 400 or 50.
